Ingredients:
3 c. Frozen cherries (use the tart ones)
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
2t pastry crusts
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Imix frozen cherries (don’t thaw), tapioca and sugar.
3.Meanwhile, take a 9“ pie plate and line it with pastry.
4. Fill with cherry mix and cover with the top pastry crust.
5. Make some slits on pastry top.
6. Bake pie in the oven which has previously been heated to 425 degrees
F for about 45 - 50 minutes.
6. The pie crust should be golden brown.
7. Cool and serve!
